Hiring: General Manager – Aesthetics & Surgical Center

We are looking for a young, energetic, and responsible General Manager to lead operations at our upcoming premium Aesthetics & Surgical Center.
Preferred Background:
- BDS / BAMS / Doctor turned Operator
- 5 years experience in healthcare / clinic / hospital operations
- Strong leadership & patient handling skills
Role & Responsibilities:
- Complete responsibility of clinic operations & P&L
- Managing patients, staff, doctors & daily workflow
- Ensuring smooth functioning of OPD/IPD operations
- Team coordination, growth & process management
Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM
We are looking for someone eager to grow with us long-term and build something meaningful together.
Salary Range 40K to 75K per month + incentives
