Key Responsibilities
1. Placement Strategy & Outcomes Design and execute the annual placement strategy for the PGDM program.Achieve agreed targets for placement percentage, compensation levels, role quality, recruiter diversity, and internship outcomes.Track industry hiring trends and identify emerging placement opportunities aligned with the student profile.
2. Recruiter, Corporate & Alumni Engagement Build and strengthen relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, business heads, hiring managers, alumni, and industry partners.Identify and onboard new recruiters across sectors such as consulting, BFSI, FMCG, analytics, technology, manufacturing, e-commerce, GCCs, startups, and digital businesses.Leverage alumni for mentoring, referrals, industry connections, and placement opportunities.
3. Placement Process & Student Readiness Manage the end-to-end placement process for summer internships and final placements.Work closely with students to improve career clarity, role readiness, interview preparedness, and professional conduct.Prepare periodic reports and use data-driven insights to improve placement outcomes.
