We are seeking an experienced EHS Trainer & Consultant with 8–10 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process Industry, or Heavy Engineering/Manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering international certification courses, corporate bespoke training, EHS audits, consulting assignments, and supporting organizational QHSE objectives. The role requires excellent training delivery skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to engage with corporate clients across various industries.
- Deliver international certification training programs including NEBOSH Level 3 and Level 6 courses.
- Conduct IOSH certification training programs for corporate and individual participants.
- Deliver customized corporate EHS training programs as per approved client scope and training schedules.
- Conduct training sessions on Fire Safety, First Aid, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Behaviour Based Safety (BBS), Lifting & Rigging, Defensive Driving, Scaffold Safety, and other EHS-related topics.
- Carry out EHS and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) audits and ensure timely preparation and submission of audit reports.
- Deliver EHS consulting services, particularly Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) implementation and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management system implementation.
- Support additional EHS consulting and training assignments based on client requirements.
- Develop new trainer packs, training materials, presentations, and review existing course content for continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of training quality, participant engagement, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all training, consulting, and audit deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Follow organizational discipline and demonstrate target-oriented performance.
- Actively contribute to organizational improvement initiatives and continuous learning programs.
- Comply with all company policies and ensure adherence to QHSE management system requirements.
- Support the achievement and maintenance of organizational Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) objectives.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or International Diploma (IDIP) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Valid First Aid certification from St. John Ambulance, American Heart Association (AHA), or an equivalent recognized organization.
- Certified IOSH Member.
- Train the Trainer certification.
- ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
- LEEA certification in Lifting & Rigging.
- STI Scaffold Train the Trainer certification.
- Certification in Defensive Driving.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in EHS training, consulting, and auditing.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process Industry, Heavy Engineering, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience in delivering corporate training programs and international certification courses.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, environmental management systems, and international safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Hindi.
- Proficiency in Marathi.
