About the role
Euphoricoders is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to join our team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who have excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Schedule appointments or meetings whenever required.
Maintain customer records and update internal databases.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Meet daily and monthly calling targets. Candidate Requirements Minimum
Qualification
Plus Two (12th Pass) Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication skills in Malayalam. English proficiency is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge. Strong interpersonal, listening, and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
