We are looking for a skilled Mould Room / Tool Room Engineer with hands-on experience in mouldmaintenance for Husky Injection Molding Machines. The candidate should be capable ofindependently handling mould room activities, ensuring all tools are production-ready, andsupporting smooth plant operations.
- Perform mould maintenance for Husky injection molding machines.
- Strong knowledge of moulds, tooling components, and injection molding processes.
- Ensure all tools and moulds are properly maintained and ready for daily production.
- Responsible for machinery maintenance and ensuring maximum equipment uptime.
- Handle the entire mould room operations independently.
- Perform breakdown maintenance and resolve mould-related issues promptly.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities as per schedule.
- Maintain tooling documentation such as scorecards, breakdown records, and spare parts lists.
- Responsible for shift handling, manpower coordination, and task allocation.
