Profile: Sales Coordinator-Solar-Surat-3 LPA
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, After-Sales Support, or B2B Sales
- Prior experience in handling quotations, client coordination, and sales documentation
- Candidates from Solar, Electrical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Products, or similar B2B industries will be preferred.
Salary Range: 20k to 25k
Roles:
- Prepare and share quotations with clients as per sales requirements.
- Coordinate between the sales team, clients, and internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Handle after-sales support and resolve customer queries in coordination with relevant teams.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment status.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, documentation, and order-related activities.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status and service updates.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction through efficient coordination.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email
