Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of spinning mill machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in textile machines and utilities.
- Maintain motors, VFDs, PLCs, electrical panels, transformers, DG sets, and compressors.
- Ensure timely repair of electrical equipment to reduce production downtime.
- Monitor power consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
- Follow electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- 2–8 years of experience in a spinning mill or textile industry.
- Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and electrical panels.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in spinning mill maintenance.
- Knowledge of automation and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
