Key Responsibilities
- Contact candidates via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email regarding pending documents.
- Explain documentation requirements clearly and guide candidates through the submission process.
- Follow up with candidates until all required documents are received and verified.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and documentation status.
- Coordinate with the HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Resolve candidate queries related to document submission and joining formalities.
- Escalate cases with incomplete or delayed documentation to the concerned team.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of candidate information.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports and documentation status updates.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
