Prakhar Estate is a leading dyes intermediates manufacturing unit committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Engineer to maintain and improve the reliability and efficiency of our plant's electrical systems.
Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience working in industrial plants and be committed to ensuring safe and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
- Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, MCCs, VFDs, and electrical distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Prepare maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement projects and plant expansion activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in a chemical, dyes, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, transformers, and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and industrial compliance requirements.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure during breakdowns.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Day Shift
- Overtime as required during maintenance or emergency breakdowns.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
