We are looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Dispatch Supervisor to join our dispatch team. Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply! In this role, you will undergo training to manage our daily dispatch operations, coordinate with drivers, and ensure goods/services are delivered efficiently. If you have strong communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a desire to build a career in supply chain management, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily delivery routes and driver assignments.
- Problem Solving: Assist in handling delivery delays, route changes, or minor driver issues under the guidance of the Operations Manager
- Team Leadership (Post-Training): Gradually take on the responsibility of supervising and scheduling a small team of dispatchers and drivers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Education: 10th and Above
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Email). Ability to quickly learn new qualities and terms
- Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership Potential: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to lead and manage people in the future.
