About the Role
We are seeking a true "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will take complete ownership of the sales cycle—from uncovering new opportunities and generating leads to negotiating and closing high-value enterprise deals.
You won't be doing this alone; you will have the full backing of our expert technical pre-sales team. They will handle the heavy lifting for all technical requirements, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs), product demonstrations, and technical deep-dives, allowing you to focus entirely on strategy, relationship building, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and target key enterprise accounts through cold outreach, networking, social selling, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our technical pre-sales engineers. You manage the relationship and the deal; they manage the technical Demos, PoCs, and architecture discussions.
- Needs Assessment: Deeply understand the security challenges, business objectives, and compliance requirements of prospective clients to position Netsense solutions effectively.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, and IT Directors.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and cybersecurity frameworks to act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT infrastructure.
- Track Record: A documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing complex, high-ticket enterprise deals.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated and capable of working independently to generate your own pipeline.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate business value to C-level executives.
- Technical Aptitude: While you won't run the PoCs, you must possess a solid foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts to effectively converse with technical stakeholders.
