We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop intelligent AI agents that can automate complex business processes across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, LLMs, autonomous workflows, API integrations, and multi-agent architectures.
You will build production-ready AI systems that collaborate, make decisions, execute tasks, and integrate seamlessly with internal tools—without relying on third-party automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agents for business automation.
- Build autonomous workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
- Create multi-agent systems capable of planning and executing complex tasks.
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, databases, webhooks, and internal applications.
- Implement tool-calling and function-calling architectures.
- Build RAG pipelines, memory systems, and semantic search solutions.
- Develop reusable AI components and internal AI frameworks.
- Optimize AI workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Debug and monitor production AI systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience building AI-powered applications.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience developing AI agents or autonomous systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, PydanticAI, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Git.
- Knowledge of authentication systems such as OAuth, JWT, and API keys.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Shopify API integration experience.
- Browser automation using Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience with Docker, Redis, Celery, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience building production-grade AI products and multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
