Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in developing RICEF objects, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP framework applications, along with a solid understanding of Finance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and migration projects.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy technical objects in compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Develop and support RICEF objects including:
- Reports
- Interfaces (File, Proxy, IDocs, OData)
- Conversions
- Enhancements using Enhancement Framework
- Forms
- Develop applications using:
- CDS Views
- AMDP
- BTP RAP Framework
- Participate in Data Migration, Transaction Migration, and HANA migration activities.
- Review technical design documents and provide development estimates.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- 8–10 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- ABAP Programming
- CDS Views
- AMDP
- BTP RAP Framework
- OData Services
- IDocs
- Proxy Interfaces
- Enhancement Framework
- Adobe Forms/SmartForms/SAPscript
- Experience in Implementation and Enhancement projects.
- Exposure to Data Migration and HANA migration projects.

- DMEE
- Fiori/UI5
- HANA Modeling
- SAP tool integration with AI models
- Central Finance (CFIN)
Functional Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
- FICO processes including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Basic knowledge of MM and SD integration with Finance.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Prior experience in team mentoring and technical leadership.
