We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented candidates to join a reputed Five-Star Hotel in Kolkata as Food & Beverage Associates. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the restaurant/service area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and queries professionally.
- Follow hotel standards, hygiene procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
Eligibility
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality.
- Candidates with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Good English and interpersonal communication skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
