1. Work closely with Hiring Leads to understand position profile and overall needs and requirements of the active projects. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
2. Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring lead s specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.
3. Work with Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.
4. Work with client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process
5. With use of innovative recruiting tools, review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course of action.
6. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
7. Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
8. Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview).
9.Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director of Recruiting.
10.Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Recruiting and Hiring Manager as required.
11.Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.

1. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs.
3. Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and candidates.
4.Ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
5. PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.
6. Ability to accurately and articulately document information.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results
