Role Description
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Intern to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, strategy, and experimentation.
You’ll work closely with the founding and growth team on real business initiatives across outreach, partnerships, lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement. This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll contribute directly to projects that impact growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales outreach and lead generation activities
- Research potential clients, industries, and partnership opportunities
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Manage customer communication across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Help coordinate webinars, training sessions, and engagement activities
- Maintain CRM records and track outreach performance
- Contribute ideas for improving customer acquisition and retention
- Assist in social media marketing, content coordination, and brand-building initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business growth strategies
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or branding
- Comfortable speaking with clients and building professional relationships
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently
- Creative thinking with problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Google Workspace, or marketing tools is a plus
- Interest in emotional well-being, workplace culture, HRTech, or startup ecosystems is preferred
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
