Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Odoo development, proven experience leading development teams, and the ability to design scalable ERP solutions while ensuring high standards of code quality and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.
- Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Project Managers, QA teams, DevOps, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop custom Odoo modules and enhance existing applications using Python and the Odoo framework.
- Manage Odoo deployments across Odoo.sh and on-premise/self-hosted environments.
- Perform Odoo version upgrades, migrations, and database optimization.
- Develop and maintain third-party API integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective long-term solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, development standards, and deployment documentation.
- Support release planning, deployment, and production issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Experience: 7+ years in Software Development with strong Odoo development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with multiple Odoo versions.
- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, and the Odoo Framework.
- Experience with Odoo.sh, on-premise deployments, migrations, and version upgrades.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience in technical architecture, solution design, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo security, access rights, record rules, and database optimization.
- Experience in Git, version control, and release management.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a development team.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker, Linux, and cloud deployments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to enterprise ERP implementation projects.
- Experience integrating Odoo with third-party enterprise applications.
