Job Description:
As a Store Manager at Kadaknath Agro World, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining inventory, and upholding our brand's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Implement and monitor store policies and procedures.
2. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
3. Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive shopping experience to encourage repeat business.
4.Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store sales targets.
- Promote Kadaknath Agro World products through in-store promotions and events.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and labeled.
6. Financial Management:
- Manage store budgets, including expenses and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of the poultry industry or food retail is an advantage.
