Talent Acquisition Intern

What You Will Do
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Web3 job boards, developer communities, and referrals
- Read and break down technical job descriptions into clear screening criteria
- Write and send outreach messages to prospective candidates
- Conduct first-round screening calls and record structured notes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels
- Maintain the candidate tracker and keep pipeline data accurate and current
- Draft and post job openings across hiring platforms
- Own candidate experience end to end, including timely follow-ups and status updates
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Share weekly reporting on pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate in any discipline; BBA, MBA, or HR specialisation is a plus
- Clear, correct written English. You will be writing to candidates every single day
- Strong attention to detail. Names spelled right, times stated correctly, nothing left ambiguous
- Comfortable on the phone and willing to make the first call
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Organised, dependable, and able to follow through without being chased
- Genuine curiosity about technology. You do not need to code, but you do need to want to understand what our engineers build
Nice to Have
- Prior internship experience in recruitment, HR, or sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or any applicant tracking system
- Any exposure to Web3, blockchain, or crypto, whether academic or self-taught
- Experience running campus placements, hiring drives, or student club recruitment
