Job Summary
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and energetic Institutional Sales Associate
to manage coordination with schools and colleges for workshops, training sessions, and educational programs. The role involves building relationships with institutions, scheduling sessions, managing communication, and ensuring smooth execution of educational activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Connect and coordinate with schools and colleges for workshops and training programs.
· Plan, schedule, and manage workshops, seminars, and educational sessions.
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with educational institutions.
· Coordinate communication between trainers and institutions.
· Manage scheduling, confirmations, and communication efficiently.
· Resolve coordination issues and ensure timely responses to institutions and trainers.
Required Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong coordination and relationship management abilities.
· Confidence in handling calls, follow-ups, and institutional communication.
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
