We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling inquiries, follow-ups, and service coordination while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and services.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and well-organized.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
