KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieving the assigned team and individual targets for the position, region and the product or service
line aligned with the member.
- Employ Direct Corporate sales strategies to Promote and Sell products in the HRMS/ HCM/ Payroll/
PPM domain.
- Plan across wide verticals product sales, in the SME & LE segment, for Software as a Service and On –
Premise solutions.
- Generating and maintaining leads, through Calls, Scouting, Relationship, Channel Partners as the
assigned or discussed method that may be, through individual and team members.
- Conduct Product Demonstrations for clients, using face-to-face & Web-conference methods.
- Generate key market Information utilizing secondary and primary form for of research.
- Creating and maintaining New Channels, across the geography by engaging with them in forums,
calling and visiting, as an approach.
- Undertaking localized marketing campaigns for e.g. visiting local and geographic events to interact
with prospects- exhibitions and conferences.
- Manage accounts of previously closed customers and reach out for reference generation.
- Efficiently managing the team assigned to the member, that includes sales and pre-sales with
relational profiles such as, Inside Sales and Consultants.
- Ensuring standardized & qualitative guidelines while communicating with customers or vendors,
while using all forms of communication channels.
Co-ordinate and Manage Post Sales activities for Implementation deliveries.
COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Preferably B.E/ Science Graduate with Post Graduate in Business Management/ MBA
- Experience of minimum 3+ Years selling Human Resource Management Products
- Prior experience in selling Enterprise Cloud Software Products in the regions.
- Functional Exposure in HRMS/ HCM/ Payroll Project & Portfolio Management software products is a plus.
- Relationship with CXOs especially, CIOs, HR heads, CTOs an added plus
- Regional Preference – West – Mumbai, Pune; South –Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag; North – Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida
- The candidate will be required to be based out of Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore or NCR.
