- Prepare and cook high-quality continental dishes as per menu standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate with team members
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs
- Assist in menu planning and introduction of new continental dishes
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
- Ensure timely preparation and service during operations
- Follow standard recipes and maintain quality across all orders
