Job Description – Personal Assistant
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and official communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, events, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure timely execution of assigned work.
- Provide administrative and executive support to the reporting authority.
Qualifications
- MBA Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
