Accounts & Finance Manager – Finance, Controls & Business Performance
Experienced Finance Manager worked on Tally ERP software responsible for building financial discipline, cash flow visibility, profitability tracking, budgeting, compliance, and business decision support across manufacturing, bespoke projects, procurement, and operations.
The role requires a commercially minded Finance Manager who can check bookkeeping done by Data Entry person (already in place) and help management improve cash flow, margins, project profitability, and business scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the finance and accounts function including accounting, compliance, taxation, reporting, and financial controls.
· Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of books of accounts, financial statements, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
· Manage cash flow planning, working capital management, and vendor payment schedules.
· Prepare monthly MIS, profitability reports, and business performance dashboards.
· Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
· Monitor project-wise profitability for bespoke furniture and interior projects.
· Track receivables, collections, advances, and customer payment schedules.
· Partner with procurement and operations teams to improve cost visibility and margin management.
· Establish financial controls and approval processes across the organization.
· Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
· Support management in strategic initiatives including fundraising, investment readiness, and business expansion.
