The MIS Executive will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the data and reporting infrastructure that supports business decisions across sales, operations, marketing, and management. This is a cross-functional role that requires both technical proficiency and business understanding.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of converting raw data into clean, actionable reports that management can act on — without needing to ask twice.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across regions, dealer accounts, product categories, and sales personnel
- Maintain and update dealer-wise sales analysis — SKU-level, brand-level, and month-on-month comparison
- Track secondary sales data from the field and reconcile with primary dispatch data
- Identify trends, spikes, drops, and anomalies in sales data and flag to management proactively
- Build and maintain sales dashboards accessible to the sales team and management
Dealer & Account Management Support
- Maintain the dealer master database — party codes, regions, credit limits, classification, and contact information
- Track dealer-wise outstanding, payment cycles, and overdue accounts in coordination with accounts
- Support the Dealer Loyalty Programme (RPI PRO Partners) with tier tracking, purchase volume monitoring, and benefit eligibility reports
- Provide SKU-level purchase analysis for individual dealers on request
MIS Infrastructure & Process
- Design, maintain, and improve Excel/Google Sheets-based reporting templates used across departments
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible to reduce manual effort
- Maintain data integrity across all systems — ensure consistency between ERP data, manual records, and management reports
- Generate ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by management — often with short turnaround requirements
Pay: ₹25,032.00 - ₹35,446.03 per month
