We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Manager who can independently handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to student enrollment. This is an individual contributor role, where the candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent experience to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with assigned leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend the most suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, payment options, batches, and placement support.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by maintaining consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update the CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Stay updated with course offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, IT Training, or similar sales roles is preferred.
