Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates for a Work From Home opportunity. The selected candidate will be responsible for basic customer communication, data management, follow-ups, and other day-to-day online tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handle basic customer queries through phone/chat.
Maintain and update data accurately.
Follow up with customers when required.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Coordinate with the team through online communication.
Requirements:
12th pass or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers and internet.
Good communication skills.
