Job Summary
AKS Facilities is seeking a proactive and responsible Housekeeping Field Officer to manage site operations, coordinate manpower deployment, and maintain client relationships across multiple locations in Gurgaon. The candidate will act as a bridge between field staff, clients, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits across assigned locations
- Search, recruit, and deploy manpower as per site requirements
- Ensure proper attendance, grooming, and discipline of housekeeping staff
- Handle manpower control & replacement in case of absenteeism
- Attend client meetings and maintain professional communication
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the owner/management
- Address operational issues and escalate when required
- Support immediate joining / emergency staffing needs
- Maintain service quality and client satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 12th Pass
✔ Minimum 1 year experience with any facility management company
✔ Experience in field operations / manpower handling preferred
✔ Good communication & coordination skills
✔ Knowledge of housekeeping operations
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Must own a bike (two-wheeler)
✔ Valid Driving License
✔ Willingness to travel within Gurgaon and Other nearby areas to 200 km
✔ Immediate joining preferred
Working Conditions
- Duty Hours: 9 hours per day
- Working Days: 26 days per month
- Convenience Allowance: ₹2.5 per km (travel reimbursement)
Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Salary based on experience & capability)
