The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence across North America and India, driving B2B lead generation for our IT services, and positioning TechnoGen as a thought leader in the digital transformation and talent acquisition space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Content Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals of both the US and India entities.

Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and newsletters focusing on IT trends (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity).

Maintain and update the corporate websites to ensure brand consistency and optimal user experience.
2. B2B Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

Design and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Search) targeting decision-makers in Healthcare, Banking, and the Public Sector.

Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic and paid reach for our service offerings.

Utilize tools like HubSpot to track the marketing funnel and provide data-driven insights to the sales and leadership teams.
3. Social Media & Employee Branding

Manage Technogen’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to increase engagement and followership.

Partner with the HR/Talent Solutions team to promote TechnoGen as a "Great Place to Work" and support recruitment marketing.
4. Event & Relationship Management

Coordinate participation in global and local industry events (e.g., HYSEA, GSA, and tech conferences).

Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, brochures, and corporate presentations.
Required Qualifications

Education: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 6–10 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the IT Services, Consulting, or Staffing industry.

B2B Expertise: Proven track record of marketing to corporate clients and government agencies (Public Sector experience is a plus).

Digital Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Preferred Skills

Experience working in a cross-border environment (US-India coordination).

Understanding of the "Staffing/Recruitment Process Outsourcing" market.

Knowledge of emerging technologies like Hyper-automation, Appian, or Conversational AI, ServiceNow, Cloud technologies.
