Customer Support Executive
Role Description :-
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Executive in Gurugram. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues. You will also maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Min 6 months of international BPO experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team
Customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in using CRM software
Salary :-
Up to 37k CTC
