- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, mechanics, workshops, and fleet customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales and customer requirements.
- Ensure product availability and timely order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect payments and manage outstanding receivables.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and dealer engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in the oil, lubricants, automotive, or FMCG industry.
