Job description
A reputed real estate developer with multiple concurrent projects including high-rise residential towers, commercial complexes, and large-scale township developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Planning
Develop conceptual designs, master plans, and architectural briefs for high-rise, commercial, and township projects
Create detailed CAD/Revit drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D models
Prepare feasibility analyses considering cost, time, FSI, regulations, and market appeal
Drive expeditious design development with optimal space planning and aesthetic features
2. Project Coordination & Management
Coordinate design and architectural coordination across multiple project scenarios
Work with RCC/structural consultants, MEPF consultants, landscape architects, and specialist vendors
Manage project timelines, budgets, quality standards from concept to completion
Coordinate timely development of conceptual drawings, municipal drawings, tender drawings, sale plans, and GFC drawings
3. Site Supervision & Execution
Conduct regular site visits, monitor construction progress and quality Coordinate with site execution teams for smooth implementation of
drawings
Provide and verify building coordinates for setting out; validate at sites
Control and manage design changes due to site conditions and customer modification requests
4. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
Ensure designs meet local building codes, NBC norms, fire norms, zoning laws, and safety standards
Handle authority approvals, lesioning with government departments (especially for NCR/regional projects)
Review concept designs for legal compliances
Stay updated with Mumbai/Thane DCPR rules or regional development control regulations
5. Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with developers, engineers, contractors, clients, and internal teams
Present designs, provide updates, and manage expectations with clients and authorities
Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers; provide guidance and support
Prepare and monitor project-related documentation and approvals
Qualifications & Requirements
Education Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institute; M.Arch. preferred for senior roles
Experience - 4-10 years for mid-level
Project Typology - Experience in diverse project types: townships, high-rises, group housing, commercial/mixed-use
Software Skills - High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, Photoshop; BIM/CADD knowledge preferred
Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of building codes, sustainability, urban planning, construction drawings, coordination processes
Soft Skills - Planning & organizing, influencing, interpersonal skills, team player, effective spoken English

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
