Job Description: Cluster Manager (Sales & Operations)
Position Summary
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving sales, operations, and overall performance of co-working centres within the city. This role involves full P&L ownership, ensuring operational excellence, seamless member experience, and execution of growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales & Operations across centres including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure high visibility of centres through effective marketing and broker/network engagement.
- Oversee onboarding, renewals, and member lifecycle management to maximize occupancy and retention.
- Ensure daily centre readiness, functionality, and smooth start-of-day operations.
- Reduce downtime by proactively coordinating with vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
- Define, implement, and monitor hygiene and upkeep standards across all areas of the centre.
- Manage and execute multiple cleaning and maintenance checklists with staff and outsourced teams.
- Continuously improve operational processes to enhance centre functionality and efficiency.
- Monitor infrastructure, identify repair & maintenance needs, and coordinate AMC-related activities.
- Document maintenance issues, escalate with quotations, and ensure timely resolution within defined TAT.
- Take ownership of P&L, revenue targets, and cost optimization for assigned centres.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SOPs, service quality standards, and brand
Experience & Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in sales, operations, or multi-location management
- Prior experience in co-working, hospitality, retail, or real estate sectors preferred
- Proven track record of handling P&L and achieving revenue targets
- Experience in team leadership, client handling, and operational excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
