About the Role
Genist Technocracy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Tender & Quotations to lead our tendering and quotation operations for the medical equipment business. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in government and institutional procurement, with strong expertise in GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including identification, analysis, preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Handle bids through GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPP Portal, and other government and private e-tendering platforms.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, bid documents, compliance statements, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Purchase, and Management teams to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
- Review tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, contracts, and performance reports.
- Monitor new business opportunities across various procurement portals and provide regular updates to management.
- Lead a team involved in tender processing and ensure adherence to submission deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage).
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Manager – Tender & Quotations in a reputed Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company.
- Strong knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, state e-procurement portals, and institutional tendering procedures.
- Excellent understanding of tender documentation, bid preparation, and contractual terms.
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
