Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Executives for our Jockey Store in Sundarnagar near Mandi, Himachal Pradesh The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and able to drive sales by offering the right product suggestions and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements
- Suggest suitable Jockey products (innerwear, athleisure, sleepwear, etc.)
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
- Promote ongoing offers, new launches, and store schemes
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Work as a team to ensure smooth store operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
- Pleasant personality and customer-handling skills
- Sales mindset and ability to convince customers
- Comfortable with standing for long hours
- Minimum qualification: 12th or Graduate
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in apparel/innerwear retail is a plus.
- Target-driven and incentive-motivated
