- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
- 7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
- Experience managing or accelerating sales portfolios across regional/international markets within fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of orchestrating portfolio turnarounds, exceeding business generation quotas, and inspiring high-velocity inside sales teams to drive consultative customer value.
- Robust working knowledge of core Google Ads solutions including Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Demand Gen, with a proven ability to map customer-centric business objectives to the optimal product adoption and maturity journey.
- Ability to synthesize complex, high-volume performance data into actionable sales playbooks and executive growth roadmaps.
- Strong command of structured sales methodologies, complex pipeline mechanics, lead-to-opportunity conversions, and objection handling.
As a Vendor Performance Manager (VPM), you are a sales operations leader operating at the frontline of Google’s scaled growth engine. You will own and steer multi-quarter business delivery across high-velocity sales programs by partnering with vendor sales leadership, guiding consultative sellers, and driving full-funnel sales excellence.
In this role, you will transition seamlessly between macro-level sales strategy and tactical pipeline acceleration. You will act as an autonomous business owner—analyzing high-volume pipeline dynamics, shaping commercial sales motions, unlocking market opportunities, and driving product adoption across Google Ads, YouTube, and automated solutions. Your leadership ensures our extended sales teams deliver high-touch consultative value, customer return on investment, and consistent, scalable business growth.
