Job Summary
The Surveillance Executive is responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the organization's premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, reporting incidents promptly, maintaining surveillance records, and supporting investigations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage on a continuous basis.
- Detect, report, and escalate suspicious activities, security breaches, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and surveillance activities.
- Review recorded footage to support internal investigations and audits.
- Coordinate with security personnel, facility management, and emergency response teams during incidents.
- Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and comply with company security policies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards related to surveillance and data privacy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Freshers/Candidates with or without experience in CCTV surveillance, security operations, or a related role.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Continuous monitoring from a surveillance control room.
Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
