Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and demonstrate machines at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Attend service breakdown calls and resolve customer complaints.
- Conduct operator training and machine handling guidance.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with the spare parts and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
- Support product trials, testing, and application development when required.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional support.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in machine installation and service support (preferred).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Service response time.
- Machine uptime and issue resolution rate.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Installation completion and training effectiveness.
- Service report accuracy and timely submission.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel to customer sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.
- Availability for emergency breakdown support when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
