Job Summary:
The Crew Member – Activity Department is responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for all guests across the play arena. This role involves supervising activity zones, assisting guests, managing birthday party activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Freshers with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children and families are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise trampoline zones, play areas, games, and attractions to ensure guest safety.
- Explain activity rules and safety guidelines to guests before participation.
- Monitor all activity areas and promptly address safety concerns or incidents.
- Assist children and families during activities to create a fun and memorable experience.
- Support the execution of birthday parties, including coordinating games, activities, and guest engagement.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and immediately report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity zones throughout operating hours.
- Ensure all operational and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Respond courteously to guest queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or children's activity centres is an added advantage.
