Presales – Trainer (Hyper-Realistic 3D Simulation Content)
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Training & Demonstrations
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations of PhiBonacci's hyper-realistic 3D simulations for prospective and existing school clients
- Deliver structured training sessions to teachers and school staff on integrating simulation-based content into K12 classroom instruction
- Handle subject-specific queries confidently during demos and training, translating technical/simulation features into classroom-relevant teaching value
Internal Enablement
- Train in-house Sales and Presales teams on product features, subject-specific use cases, and effective demo delivery
- Build and maintain training materials, demo scripts, and subject-wise usage guides for internal teams
- Support onboarding of new presales engineers with subject and product knowledge sessions
Product Feedback Loop
- Gather feedback from classroom demonstrations and client training sessions on simulation accuracy, usability, and curriculum alignment
- Provide structured input to the development team on content gaps, factual accuracy, and pedagogical improvements for the assigned subject
- Stay current with K12 curriculum standards (up to Grade 10 science) to ensure simulation content remains classroom-relevant
Other
- Travel to client locations (schools) as required for on-site demos and training
- Represent PhiBonacci/LOGIC AV at educational events, workshops, and exhibitions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. and B.Ed. (mandatory); B.Tech will also be considered for Physics/Maths specialization
- Subject Expertise: Strong command of any one of the following — Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics — with working knowledge of general science concepts up to Grade 10
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in schools and/or EdTech companies (classroom teaching, content development, or academic training roles)
Preferred Skills
- Confident, engaging presentation and public-speaking ability — comfortable in front of both teachers and students
- Prior experience conducting product demos, training sessions, or teacher workshops
- Familiarity with digital/simulation-based teaching tools, interactive flat panels, or LMS platforms is a strong plus
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for varied audiences (students, teachers, school management, internal sales teams)
- Willingness to travel for client-site training and demonstrations
