Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled MongoDB Developer with strong experience in database development, query optimization, and application integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable MongoDB database solutions and working closely with development teams to support high-performance applications.
Roles & Responsibilities✔ Database Development & Design
- Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB databases for enterprise applications.
- Create efficient collections, schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
- Optimize database structure for scalability and performance.
✔ Query Optimization
- Write complex MongoDB queries for application requirements.
- Optimize slow-running queries and improve database response time.
- Analyze query execution plans and implement performance tuning.
✔ Application Integration
- Integrate MongoDB with Node.js, Java, Python, or other backend technologies.
- Support REST APIs and application-level data handling.
- Work closely with frontend and backend teams for seamless data flow.
✔ Data Management
- Handle data migration, transformation, and synchronization processes.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security standards.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies in coordination with support teams.
✔ Troubleshooting & Support
- Identify and resolve database-related issues and bugs.
- Monitor database performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide production support and incident resolution.
✔ Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and database design documents.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in MongoDB Development.
- Expertise in MongoDB queries, aggregation framework, and indexing.
- Knowledge of schema design and performance optimization.
- Experience with Node.js / Java / Python integration.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data structures.
- Familiarity with Git and version control tools.
- Knowledge of database security and data modeling concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MERN Stack applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant MongoDB development experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
