About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates, interns, and experienced professionals who are passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement. The selected candidate will be involved in maintaining product quality, supporting quality control processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Freshers and interns will receive guidance and hands-on training from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining product quality throughout the production process.
- Perform inspections, testing, and validation of raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards.
- Assist in identifying quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, inspection records, and audit findings.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship or project experience in Quality Engineering is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with inspection tools, measurement instruments, and testing techniques is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality standards is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced engineering environment.
