We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-driven Client Success & Delivery Manager to manage and streamline the end – to – end production of agency deliverables. This role sits at the intersection of client understanding, content strategy, creative execution, and delivery management.
You will be responsible for translating client inputs into clear briefs, managing production across multiple formats (digital, design, content, communication), and ensuring timely, high – quality output. The role requires strong coordination skills, structured thinking, and the ability to maintain continuity and quality across long – term client relationships.
Client Understanding & Requirement Documentation

Conduct structured discovery conversations with clients to deeply understand their business, audience, goals, and expectations.

Convert client discussions into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and external partners.

Maintain detailed documentation of client preferences, tone, objectives, timelines, and past communications.

Act as the single point of continuity between the client and internal production teams.
Production & Delivery Management

Manage the end-to-end production workflow for:

Website design and updates

Marketing collaterals (brochures, one – pagers, pitch decks, brand assets)

Presentations (sales decks, investor decks, internal decks)

Email marketing campaigns and newsletters

Ongoing content and communication assets
-
Break down projects into tasks, timelines, and dependencies

Coordinate with designers, writers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth execution.

Ensure all deliverables align with the client’s brand voice, objectives, and quality standards.

Track progress, follow up proactively, and ensure on – time delivery
Content & Communication Oversight

Oversee the planning and execution of ongoing client communications, including emails, newsletters, and relationship – driven outreach.

Review content for clarity, relevance, tone, and alignment with strategy before delivery.

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and formats
-
Support the creation of structured content calendars and communication plans.
AI, Tools & Technology Enablement
-
Comfortably use AI tools to improve speed, clarity, and quality of outputs
-
Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini Pro, Nano Banana for drafting, structuring, ideation, summarization, and refinement.

Use Canva for basic design coordination, reviews, and quick edits.
-
Work efficiently with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) for documentation, collaboration, and tracking.

Apply human judgment to ensure AI – assisted outputs remain contextual, personalized, and high – quality.

Stay curious and adaptive toward new tools, workflows, and productivity systems.
Quality Control & Standards

Establish and follow internal production checklists and SOPs.
-
Review all outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, grammar, formatting, and overall quality.

Ensure work does not feel generic, rushed, or templated.

Maintain a high bar for professionalism and polish across all deliverables.
Process Building & Optimization

Help document and improve internal processes for client onboarding, briefing, production, and delivery.

Create repeatable frameworks to reduce dependency on founders for day-to-day execution.

Identify bottlenecks and suggest operational improvements.
-
Support scaling the agency without compromising personalization or quality.

Strong written and verbal communication
