- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain front desk records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Qualification:
- 10+2 or Graduation (preferred).
- Experience in hotel front office or customer service is an advantage, but freshers may also apply depending on the employer.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent hospitality services.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
