About the Role
Sree Gokulam Speed and Safe Courier Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented CRM Interns to support our Customer Relationship Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service, CRM operations, data management, and client relationship handling within the courier and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Record, track, and follow up on customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with operations and branch teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
- Generate and update CRM reports as required by the management.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy in the CRM database.
- Assist in preparing customer satisfaction reports and service performance metrics.
- Perform other CRM and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer applications.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
