Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Executive to manage material supply, stock, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse and work sites, maintaining accurate inventory records and timely material dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day material supply management, ensuring the right materials reach the right locations on time
- Collect materials back from site after completion of work and handling service and management
- Coordinate material delivery to work sites, ensuring timely and damage-free transport
- Liaise with site supervisors/engineers to understand material requirements
- Maintain accurate stock records, including inward and outward material tracking
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness and safety standards
- Prepare stock reports and update management on inventory status
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for restocking as needed
Requirements
- 12th / ITI / Any Degree
- Four wheeler driving license required
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory management preferred (freshers may also apply)
- Good organizational and record keeping skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and work sites
- Basic computer skills (Excel/inventory tracking) preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel to work sites as required
