- Sourcing Trims( Domestic and International)(Thread, Labels, Tag, Stickers, Hangers).
- Responsible for Sourcing Labels/Tag/Stickers to Retail range plan, Covering Production Process, Price and Meet Delivery to Agreed Schedules.
- Garment Costing for Making Buy Plans.
- Getting the Down load of Styles Category Wise & Season Wise From Marketing.
- Giving Down load and placing the Orders to The Vendors & In House Production.
- Follow up With Vendor’s from sampling to Dispatch.
- Maintaining the tracker sheet of orders placed with vendors
