Job Title: ZED Sales Executive (On-Field)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and enroll MSMEs under the Government of India Certification Scheme. The role involves extensive field visits, client meetings, lead generation, and relationship building with manufacturing and service-based MSMEs across Surat and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach MSMEs eligible for ZED Certification.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to explain the benefits of the ZED Scheme.
- Generate leads through industrial visits, references, associations, and networking.
- Assist businesses in understanding certification requirements and available government subsidies.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME owners, factory managers, and decision-makers.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline records.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, industrial sales, certification sales, or government scheme promotion.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MSMEs, manufacturing industries, or government schemes will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Familiarity with Surat industrial areas such as Sachin, Pandesara, Hazira, Kim, Kadodara, and surrounding industrial clusters.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
