Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate Communication & Marketing Executive to lead the organization's corporate communication, branding, media relations, event management, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and supporting business growth through effective communication and marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Communication & Business Development
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Develop and distribute sales materials, corporate presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Identify and nurture strategic business relationships and partnerships.
- Support management in evaluating new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams and branch offices to ensure alignment of marketing and business objectives.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Create, update, and manage company profiles, brochures, catalogs, sales kits, and website content.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement programs.
- Develop branding strategies and execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to support business decisions.
- Track marketing performance and recommend improvements.
Media Relations & Public Relations
- Manage media interactions, press releases, and press conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners and industry stakeholders.
- Enhance company visibility through strategic public relations initiatives.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, facility management meets, and promotional activities.
- Manage the complete event lifecycle from planning to execution and post-event evaluation.
Internal Communication & Training
- Deliver professional development sessions on workplace etiquette, communication, and organizational improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate effective internal communication across departments and branches.
Strategic Planning & Analytics
- Develop data-driven reports and business impact assessments for strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market dynamics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support budget planning and management for communication and marketing activities.
